Club this stuff up, yo.

I love it. Definitely dance-able. the bongo percs just do the trick too.

Also, you've gotten a lot better on mastering/EQing. Some very nice stuff man.

Yeah, I haven't heard many remixes myself, thats another reason I made this lol. Thanks for the review.

Good for your experience

Okay, I could be like, it's good. And that's that. It is good but there are some easy fixes that you can make now and it will sound even better.

- Turn down your open hi hats by...10%
- turn down your claps by...5%
- change up the bass line a bit, octave eigth notes are a bit cliche in the world of trance, maybe make it quarter notes? I mean, and add more effects on the bass too.
- The kick dones't have much "punch" or "kick" to it. Maybe mess with the param EQ2 and turn up the bass on it?

These are just simple quick fixes that can help you on the way to sounding better. Please don't take these the wrong way, I've found it helps when someone does the same to my music, provided that they know what they are talking about...

I will implent your tips immediately and maybe reupload:)

Thank you for your help!

Needs compressor on Piano. Good otherwise.

I like the fade in intro. Good stuff. Sounds like it could be used for many different things. I'd put a compressor on that piano. That'll bring out the piano better so it doens't get swallowed up. Is this dream trance? Close enough. lol Keep it up man.

thanks for the comment!

personally, i dont want to bring the piano out too much, so it is not dominant. but thanks for the suggestion, i might bring it out a little bit more.

also, i am going to work on the percussion a little more and effects.

Good

PUT A DISTORTION TO YOUR KICK! HAHAHHAHAHAHHHA

jk dude. That's wack. Anyways, onto the review:

All I have to say about this track is that it's pretty good but I'm not sure how long you've been producing and also don't know what program you're using...but I wanna say FL cause it's as fruity as you can get, which to some degree you can't help. But, you can do this:

Get better quality strings. Get edirol or a better setting on hypersonic (that is, if you are using FL.) They sounded fruity.

EQ this friggin' track. It's peaking some, just a bit. My ears are hurting...and I got my nice headphones on, so I HEAR ALL. lol jk about that, but it does sound like you do indeed need to EQ and prob re-master this. Sounds like the filters are a cause of this. Stupid filters. lol

Get a better lead synth. Sounds like "McTrance" to me. lol again, I've made my fair share of that, but I know better now...lol. So you ask, what does that mean? Get rid of just plain saws. It's too "saw-y".

Make the track mixable? That's an option, just sayin. And that means get a better ending. lol It kinda just dies at the end...

Also, mix up the offbeat bass line? lol That's an option, i suggest it...

Nice melody and progression. It just needs better synths in my opinion. Maybe you're going for a weird sub-genre of trance, but otherwise...

And that's how I give it a "ehh..." rating. Not sure what that means, it's not OMG IT'S THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD! or DUDE! THIS SONG SUCKS!. It's way closer to the first, but it's not quite there yet. lol

Judge me off of this if you want, but it's my opinion. There is no right or wrong to music, it's just how I see it and what I would change if I were you...that's all.

It's Reason 3.0.

Pretty good.

Well, before giving a super fair review, I would have to know a few things:

How long have you been producing?

What program do you use? Sounds like FL, but you never know...

now, onto the song:

1. Good intro.
2. Nice breakdown at first.
3. That effect at the breakdown, the one that comes in, and does a whooshish kinda thing, like an alarm or something, then fades back out. <---That's too loud. And it's also when you kick back in. I'm listening in my headphones so I'm hearing all of this pretty nicely...good and bad part of amazing headphones. ha ha
4. A way to improve is to "fatten" your lead synths. They sound too "default." Maybe a little less saw, more effects put on it to make it interesting to the listener.
5. A sidechained pad would be interesting but not necessary, just a suggestion to a different take on this track.
6. Not EQed very well. I hear a lot of distortion and it's hurting my ears a little, so watch the db meter so it doesn't go red...
7. Nice outro, pretty mixable, which is important for DJs.
8. Nice length to the track. I like my songs a bit longer, actually but that's just me...but it's still better than some 3 min song someone cooks up and throws it on here. *looks away* hahahahha

So yeah. Keep working on this man and I hope you take my advice, it could definitely help you making your stuff sound pro :)

The main thing for this is to master and properly EQ. It will sound SO much better when you do. Just put everything into its own mixer channel and adjust those volume levels so the track is evened. And it WILL sound much better, that's why I'm giving you this advice...lol

So yeah. Nice track, just a few things to work on.

Tredoran responds:

I have been producing for 8 years now, but the last 3 years with FL studio which this number is made with.

First: Your review was like Whoa! Very helpfull thx for that ^^

Second: How could I porperly use the EQ? What should I do to get the EQ sound better and how should I ajust things?

Well, I think I'll upload more music on newgrounds, and I'm pretty sure that EQ isn't used very properly either xD

Again: Thx! ^^

Greetz!
